How do I register for the Ring 2 Help online?
Locate your state. Then, determine if The Salvation Army nearest you is online with Online Red Kettle – Ring2help. If you find The Salvation Army local to you, click on that city name, and follow the simple instructions to help raise funds for The Salvation Army. Email your family and friends! It is fun and rewarding for you and The Salvation Army!
If you find that The Salvation Army closest to you does not yet have a program, please donate. Your donation is routed to The Salvation Army nearest to you, based on your ZIP code.

What is the long website address for that I received in my confirmation receipt?
This website address will take you to your personal donation page. This address link is automatically included in any emails that are sent through the email center in event headquarters after you have logged into the website. You can also copy and paste this link into any other form of email.

Can friends and family make a donation to a Virtual Bellringer by going through the main website?
Yes. On every page through out this program, friends and family can make a donation online. Ideally, you’ve emailed them to encourage them to do so.

How can I see who has donated to me?
Go to the Log-in section on the site. Use the Username and Password that you received when you registered for the event. You can then view your Donor list and the amounts that have been donated.

All of my Donors are not showing up on the scroll mechanism. Why?
As your Donors make a contribution, they have the option of whether or not they want to appear in the recognition scroll.

Will The Salvation Army or Kintera put my name on various mailing lists?
The Salvation Army and Kintera, Inc. collects and maintains only personal information that is voluntarily submitted to us. We share only personally identifiable information with a third party if and when the individual submitting this information has permitted us to do so, or if we are required by law to do so. For more information, see the "Privacy Statement" on the toolbar. The Salvation Army's Ring2Help Campaign also maintains a copy of your information.

Kintera is a marketing infrastructure service provider offering advanced Internet fundraising solutions to charitable, educational and political organizations. The Salvation Army's Ring2Help Campaign has contracted with us to provide online support for the Ring 2 Help. Through the website you can register for the event, collect donations from family and friends and more.
